Spero Recovery is a men’s residential rehab located in Evergreen, Colorado, dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction through a 12-step program. As a non-profit organization, we’re deeply committed to the local community, offering affordable, high-quality care that helps men build a strong foundation for sobriety and a healthier future.
Residential Treatment
Our Colorado addiction recovery services include men’s residential treatment, experiential therapy, and group meetings. The 12-Step Program is effective for treating substance abuse and helps our residents take action toward recovery every day.
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis treats co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. Our holistic care creates a healing recovery experience in our beautiful Colorado setting.
Aftercare
Aftercare involves creating a plan for maintaining sobriety outside of our addiction treatment center. The addiction recovery process is challenging and we want to ensure every person who comes to us has the best chance of staying sober.
Sober Living
After completing addiction treatment, residents have the option to move into our Colorado sober living homes. Our sober living program helps individuals reintegrate into society while maintaining strong support from others in recovery.
Spero Community
At Spero, our sober community is so important to us. We offer alumni programming, host special events, and encourage our alumni to volunteer at our center and in the community. Alumni also have access to our addiction recovery services indefinitely so we and the community can provide continuous support whenever it’s needed.

Through the Spero Foundation, we’re proud to offer need-based scholarships, making treatment accessible to all. Our admissions team can provide more information on how we can help you or a loved one start the journey towards recovery. At Spero, everyone is welcome and deserving of the opportunity to heal.

“After landing myself in the hospital for my years of drinking I was ready for a change. Originally from Colorado, but living in California with no Heath insurance I was open to any facility that would take me. After calling 20+ programs I was referred to Spero because of their affordability. My experience with Spero was life changing. The program is 12 step based, and everyone is encouraged to have a sponsor by the time they leave. The Spero Recovery program has the highest quality product (real drug and alcohol abuse recovery) that I have ever seen by miles. The leadership of the program showed up at the hospital I was at immidiately after I was admitted which as far as I can tell hasnt happened anywhere else. The housing director (Blake) and his staff dragged me out of active meth addiction and convinced me to stop fighting myself and give sobriety another chance.
